Business Law Guidance for Modern Companies
Who We Are
Smith & Meadows is a Georgia-based business law firm built around a simple idea: Your legal counsel should feel like a trusted member of your leadership team, not a vendor you call when things go sideways. We work with growth-oriented companies across the Southeast, providing outsourced general counsel, business litigation, contract work, M&A support, privacy compliance, and more. We show up for our partners—down-to-earth, direct, and genuinely invested in the businesses we serve. We think like entrepreneurs because we are entrepreneurs, running our firm with the same standards we hold ourselves to in every client relationship. If you've built something worth protecting, you deserve more than a firm that bills by the hour and calls it a day. You deserve a legal partner who sees what's coming before you do, prepares you for it, and fights for you when it matters. That's what we do.
