Christopher Horton

Chris serves Smith & Meadows’s litigation and business advising practice areas, assisting companies—both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, on complex litigation matters and business legal services. Prior to Smith & Meadows, he worked in a law firm, in which he practiced business and estate planning, intellectual property law, and probate. Chris has served as a volunteer with the Liberty University Intellectual Property Clinic, where he assisted small businesses and nonprofits in issues pertaining to trademark and copyright law.
